I came across your website reviews and read about your experience with Arbone products. Do you know where to find information about the progesterone cream by Arbone? Is it safe to apply progesterone topically cream?

Hi Peter,

Thank you for taking the time to bring up the progesterone creams.

Progesterone came in the middle of attention in 1996 when a Dr. Lee indicated through his research that women's hormonal changes were often caused by a 'overdose' of estrogen. Too much of estrogen could according to Dr. Lee, only be neutralised by the natural progesterone. Cfr Dr. Lee's book "What your doctor may not tell you about menopause, The breakthrough book on natural Progesterone (1996).

Progesterone is available ot everyone who wants to put, and can, put it into a lotion or in a cream. There is still discussion and controversy as to whether progesterone cream can be applied topically, in order to provide the human body with the same dose as the synthetic form of progesterone (synthetic progesterones are called progestins).

I suggest you check out Dr. Lee's book. Progesterone creams are recommended in the book, along with doses that are safe for applying and use.
