Aveeno Cosmetics is a well known manufacturer and pioneer in the skin care industry. Aveeno Cosmteics has been around for more than 60 years now. Here at AntiAgings.org.uk we focus on the Aveeno anti aging products line. The Positively Ageless product line from Aveeno has mastered the use of 100% all natural ingredients. Aveeno’s Positively Ageless product line claims to have the ability to reduce wrinkles and laugh lines and create radiant skin. This Aveeno’s Positively Ageless line include: a cleanser, a day and night cream moisturizer, a rejuvenating serum and the Aveeno Eye serum (see below).

No need to look around very long to buy Aveeno skin care products. They can be purchased online or from one of the millions of retail stores that carry them (also see below). Despite our research, we weren’t able to find information on a return policy or money back guarantee; however, we were able to find an offer for free samples and a coupon for Aveeno’s Lifting and Firming Night Cream at the time of reviewing. Aveeno (face and lip products) have potential to be a great tool in the battle against wrinkles.

Though mushrooms feature high on most Aveeno cream ingredients list, their claims that the mushrooms stimulate the creation of collagen in the skin are unfounded and have not been proven. Unfortunately, proven anti-aging ingredients (argireline and matrixyl) are not in Aveeno’s formula. Most Aveeno lotions and creams contain the so called Aveeno Active Naturals. What are they? Well, Aveeno Active Naturals are a group of ingredients like soy, chamomile, and oats ingredients. These Active Naturals are included in most all of the Aveeno products, especially soy which is a mainstay at Aveeno (see also the Cleansers below).

Some of the most popular Aveeno skin care products include the lines of : the Aveeno Lotions, the Aveeno baby lotions, the Aveeno moisturizing lotions & hydrating products. The line of Aveeno for Bath and Wash (body wash) has plenty of products with overall satisfied customers. When referring to the Aveeno Oatmeal, you nee to look at the Soothing Bath Treatment, wich contains ground oatmeal (wich has a moisturizing effect and anti itch skin relief effects).

Most positive reviews are seen in the Aveeno Moisturizing section for the following products : Aveeno Clear Complexion Moisturizer, the Calming Comfort Baby Lotion, the Hydrocortisone Anti-Itch Cream and the Positively Ageless Lifting and Firming Night Cream. Many positives also about the Creamy Moisturizing Oil . All those Aveeno lotions (and oil) getting more appreciated than a few other moisturizing creams as : Positively Radiant Daily Moisturizer spf15, Aveeno Ultra-Calming Moisturizing Cream, Skin Brightening Daily Moisturizer SPF 15. Few would be inclined to buy these latter hydrating lotions again. (There’s also an line of Eczema care, acne and sunscreens. We will address these later).

Aveno is a name synonymous with quality skin care with 100% natural ingredients. Aveno is a skin care product line that is easy to obtain and afford.

Aveeno’s official website doesn’t offer a detailed list of ingredients, though it is noticed that proven anti-aging ingredients are not included in the formula. Another minus is that there are no customer testimonials for any the products on the official website. No clear policies were found regarding a return policy or money back guarantee. At the time of review we noticed that a number of online cosmetics shops were offering a discount price and coupons on : the Aveeno Daily Moisturizing Lotion, the Foaming Cleanser Ultra-Calming, and free trial samples of the Scrub and the Aveeno Gels (UK, Canada and Australia too).

Aveeno is a brand that has good reputation, and is credible at creating and distributing cosmetics products that are 100% natural. Unfortunately, Aveno doesn’t contain any clinically proven ingredients that are significantly effective against skin aging. There are many products out there on the anti aging market with 100% natural ingredients that are actually effective in the anti aging arena of skin care, so if you are looking for an anti aging product you might want to look somewhere other than Aveeno.
