The CeraVe line of skincare products was created by dermatologists. Their main compound is the multivesicular emulsion delivery technology (MVE) that was only available through a prescription before. Now, it should be available through otc, over the counter stores too. This compound is believed to act efficiently on rebuilding and repairing the damaged skin cells.

According to their website, the CeraVe skincare products are only three:

The Hydrating Cleanser : it is mild and does not, in any case, close the skin's pores. It features the MVE technology.

The Moisturizing Cream and the Moisturizing Lotion; both are similar in their results, but are produced in two different ways so that the cream is thicker than the lotion. They both feature the MVE technology as well. The lotion is used for individuals with dry skin, or used on very dry areas like the knees and the elbows.

So basically, CeraVe products are meant to be for people with dry skin problems such as eczema and skin blemishes due to its mild nature, but that doesn't mean that people with other skin types can not use them as well. No anti-aging or anti-wrinkles products can be found in this line.

No offer of a money-back guarantee is available, and you can't purchase the products from their official website either, but as a substitute for that, there is an increaing number of stockists and online retailer stores where you can buy the CeraVe products. Also you can find some detailed facts about the products and the company on their website.
