"Prevage Skin Products" : Anti Aging Cream Review

'Prevage Skin' is an anti aging topical cream, and is but one of the many brands produced by Allergan, a pharmaceutical company that already has a host of other health products. The Allergan imperium is stretched out in the fields of eye care, cosmetic treatment, and also medical dermatology. The Allergan Prevage Treatment here under review, claims to protect one's skin from all environmental factors that can age skin such as cigarette smoke, ozone depletion, and air pollution. This skin care treatment is available in two types: Prevage MD, which can only be obtained from a physician, and Prevage, which can just be bought over the counter under the Elizabeth Arden skin care line.

Idebenone, also known as CoenzymeQ10, is the basic active ingredient found both in Prevage MD, at a concentration of 1%, and in Prevage, at only 0.5%. CoQ10 is a very powerful antioxidant, which is claimed to defend skin against different stressors and correct skin problems. In fact, the official website asserts that after just 4 weeks of continued use of Provage MD, clinical studies have shown that many individuals demonstrated marked improvements in their skin such as the reduction of fine lines and wrinkles, reduction in dryness, and an overall increased softness and more smoothness to their skin.

The website for Prevage MD features a number of testimonials and photos from before and after the treatment. This indeed gives further support for the efficacy of the product. On the other hand, no complete list of Provage ingredients is found. And for a £75 ($115) (for 1 oz.) product, ther is no money back guarantee offered either.
