Understanding what your skin type is, should be the first step in selecting an anti aging care cream for your type of skin.

There are four general types of skin :

- Normal skin

How to go about in determining your skin type :

Normal skin type :

A typical Normal Type of skin is the skin of the pre-pubescent child. Adults however can sure have skin that is very close to normal.

Characteristics of Normal Skin Type are :

- small to medium pores (will also determine the type of eye wrinkles)
- showing a smooth or plump appearance mostly
- this skin type has an oil production we call "balanced"
- the tone and color of the Normal Skin type is "even"
